For AGO Foundation this is “The time of wonder”

The AGO Foundation presents itself to the city with a program of initiatives that begins on October 25 and continues until January 2025.

Interdisciplinarity, contamination of knowledge, educational innovation, visual arts, science and technology are the key words of this path, which includes exhibitions, conferences, screenings and educational workshops.

It starts with a three-day Open Day with free admission: 25, 26 and 27 October 2024.

There will be plenty of insights and reflections on technological evolutions, artificial intelligence and the intersections between technology, art and science.

In this regard, on Saturday 26 October at 6 pm, Andrea Parlangeli, editor-in-chief of “Focus”, will talk about the Darwinian evolution of species linked to the geological history of the Earth, but also about the history of technology and why technological evolution has some characteristics in common with that of living beings, arriving at the Anthropocene and artificial intelligence.

Finally, there will be a reflection on the role of art since the dawn of humanity and how, even today, artists and scientists are driven by similar motivations in their activity at the frontiers of innovation and knowledge.
