10 years of innovation, sharing and digital creativity

The 18th October 2025 the digital gymnasium of the Municipality of Modena celebrates its 10 years with a large Open Day open to the whole city.

It will be a day dedicated to creativity, technology and playwith activities for all ages.

During the event you can explore the spaces of the Digital Gymnasium, participate in interactive workshops, games, exhibitions and discover the world of innovation up close.


For the youngest (8-12 years) workshops are planned "Makeit-Robot" with LEGO WeDo in the morning and "Makeit-Dojo"coding with Scratch in the afternoon.

Adults can instead try their hand at "Become a hacker for a day", a hands-on cybersecurity and ethical hacking workshop with virtual challenges on HackTheBox.

Throughout the day, the following will be active board games created by MakeitModena, a'3D printing area in operation and interactive spaces to explore.
