It will take place at La Torre del Centro Musica_71MusicHub the concert return of the artistic residency 'Before the Roots'promoted by Centro Musica di Modena in collaboration with Associazione Rizosfera within the Sonitus Project.

During a five-day stay at the Music Centre, the sound designers selected by the Sonitus call for entries created an original multimedia work. This work focuses on approaching sound matter from perspectives belonging to other fields, such as biology and evolution, in an attempt to develop a new musical language inspired by the plant and animal world.

Project by Giuseppe Cordaro and guest tutor Fabio Perlettawith the participation of percussionist Enrico Malatesta and videoartist Domenico Morreale.

Artists under 36 Constantinov Artiom, Hernan Paulitti, Dominic Sambucco.

The work will be presented Saturday 23 September 2023 at 21.30 at La Torre (Modena, via Morandi 71). The event will be at free admissionwith prior reservation.
