German artist and composer Alva Noto, pseudonym of Carsten Nicolai, among the world's best-known sound artists for his work at the intersection of music, art and science, will officially open Smart Life Festival 2023.

Thursday 28 September at 7 p.m. at the Redotto of the Storchi Theatre Alva Noto will dialogue with Damir Ivic, music journalist, author of the webmagazine Soundwall and Rolling Stone Italia.

Thursday 28 September at 21:00 at Storchi Theatre live performance UNI-HYbr:IDborn from the sound project HYbr:ID Vol. 1, brings together the compositions created to accompany the performance Oval created by US choreographer Richard Siegal. An original sound and visual interpretation by Alva Noto in collaboration with Japanese visual artist Ken Niibori, focusing on the relationship between mathematics and science, electronic music, spatiality and movement.
