From October 18th the exhibition on the San Faustino district

Sguardi Civici is a project that combines urban and digital history.

The project involves a historical and photographic investigation of the neighborhoods to create a complete map of the city.

In 2023, the project was tested on the historic center, on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of Paolo Monti’s photographic campaign (1973), with the creation of a web platform that collects all his photographs.

In 2024, the focus shifted to the peripheral neighborhoods, starting with the San Faustino neighborhood, to enhance its urban and civic history.

The project involves local and citizen archives, promoting new photographic investigations and the collection of family photos.
